Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or before December 24th whichever comes first.

Product(s) must include an original invoice and be in new, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
Please complete the return form listed on the back of your invoice/packing slip and return it with the merchandise. If you do not have the form, you can print it here Return Form
Buyer must pay return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Gift Cards, personalized ornaments and Mystery boxes cannot be returned or refunded.
