Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return may be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or before December 24th whichever comes first.
Example 1: You purchase a Christmas item on December 5th you have until December 24th to return the item.
Example 2: You purchase a Christmas item on December 30th you have until January 29th to return the item.
- Product(s) must include an original invoice and be in new, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.

- Buyer must pay return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Gift Cards, personalized ornaments and Mystery boxes cannot be returned or refunded.

- Once the returned merchandise is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. (Please note depending on your credit card, your credit could take up to 10 business days to post to your account.)
- We reserve the right to limit returns under certain circumstances.
- Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on all artificial tree returns.
- There is a 25% restocking fee for all refused or undeliverable orders.

- Damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery receipt. If you are giving your item as a gift, please be sure to check your item for damages or missing pieces as soon as you receive your order.
