How to play:
How to participate in the TheJollyChristmasShop.com Easter Egg Hunt (the “Contest”):
1. Like us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/TheJollyChristmasShop
2. Everyday at 12pm and 9pm EST from March 18th-20th(contest period) we will hide one numbered Easter egg under a product on our website www.thejollychristmasshop.com . The Easter egg picture may be hidden in the description of a product or in a photo of a product. The Easter egg photo will not be hidden on non-product pages, under technical specs or under extended information.
3. During the contest period come to our Facebook page between 12pm-12:15 pm and/or 9-9:15 pm EST where we will post a clue to help you find the hidden Easter egg .
4. Once you find the egg on our website, hurry back to our facebook page. Send us a private Facebook message (not a post) letting us know the number on the egg and product SKU where you found the egg. The 1st person to correctly send us a message on facebook letting us know the product code where they found the egg and the number on the egg wins the prize for the day.
5. Limit to one win per person per contest.
You must correctly send both the number on the egg and the product SKU where you found the egg in a facebook message. Information posted to our page or incomplete information will disqualify the contestant from winning and we will pick the next person who correctly submits this information. All Contest entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges who will select the winner.
TheJollyChristmasShop.com is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, damaged, illegible, failed, partial or garbled entries/computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. We will note the time of the facebook message in order to see which player was first with submitting the information.
Entries become the property of TheJollyChristmasShop.com and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. If there is a dispute as to the
identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address, Facebook account or Twitter account (as applicable). The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address, Facebook account or Twitter account, is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses or accounts for the domain/online service associated with the submitted email address/account.
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the continental forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. Employees of TheJollyChristmasShop.com and its affiliates, and Contest agencies, (and immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each employee, affiliate and Contest agency) are not eligible to participate.
Conditions of Participation
Expenses not specifically included in prize description and all federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied outside of manufacturer's limited warranty. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize permitted, except TheJollyChristmasShop.com reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of TheJollyChristmasShop.com, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest.
Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Winner further agrees that he/she will grant TheJollyChristmasShop.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, edit and use any story/picture that winner posts on TheJollyChristmasShop’s Facebook page in connection with entry into the Contest in any media for trade, advertising, promotional and/or other purposes as Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion, without further consideration. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for TheJollyChristmasShop.com and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry (including an altered form of the entry) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. TheJollyChristmasShop.com is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of the prize.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected for each time and day of the contest from March 18th-20th based on the first complete submission of required information (Facebook private message received with the correct product SKU and Easter egg number). The winner will be the earliest time noted on the message sent through facebook. The decision of the winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of players.
The winner will be notified on or around the day of submission. We will reply to the winners original facebook message letting them know they are the winner and will ask for a shipping address or ask winner to sign up for a Jolly Christmas Shop account in order to deliver the prize. Winners must respond to our winner facebook message within 7 days and give us instructions as to where the prize whould be delivered. Please note gift cards (store credit) will expire within 30 days from the date they were given.
Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
Prizes by day will vary but will include gift cards or merchandise.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes will not exceed: $500

TheJollyChristmasShop.com is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by TheJollyChristmasShop.com or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, TheJollyChristmasShop.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. In the event the Contest is terminated, TheJollyChristmasShop.com reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. TheJollyChristmasShop.com further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. TheJollyChristmasShop.com may prohibit an entrant from participating in a Contest if it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending to abuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Release/Disputes/Choice Of Law/Warranties
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to release TheJollyChristmasShop.com and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant
agrees that, by entering the Contest: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in the State of Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Georgia State law governs the Contest and all aspects related thereto.
By entering, each entrant represents and warrants in connection with any information submitted as part of his/her entry that: (i) he/she is the owner; (ii) that the information is original; (iii) he/she has all necessary rights to grant the rights set forth herein; (iv) the information does not defame or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and (v) the information does not violate any federal, state or local laws or ordinances. Entrant agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties, from any claim by any third party relating to any rights in any information entrant submits as part of a Contest entry.
