As concerns about the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 increase, I wanted to personally reach out to update you on what we are doing to care for both our employees and customers during this time. 

Our plan is as follows: 

 We are still shipping: We are working with less employees than we usually do this time of year, therefore we are shipping standard orders within 1-3 business days instead of the next business day like we normally do. Expedited and local pick up orders are unaffected and will be shipped next business day. We are an online only business, therefore we do not come in contact with as many people as a typical retail location. We feel confident we can still attain the recommended CDC guidelines while fulfilling your orders.  We are still shipping orders and are still here to answer your calls.  

Our employees come first: We are encouraging our employees to wash their hands, comply with the CDC recommended quarantine, and follow best practices to protect the health and well being of themselves, their family, and our community at large. We have implemented a daily sanitizing schedule, to clean and sanitize the surfaces in our warehouse .  Additionally, we believe in supporting all members of our team should they become ill and we are asking anyone who feels sick or has someone sick in their home to take as much time off as they need to fully recover. 

In addition to these steps, we will be monitoring the latest information including recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization and doing our part to stop the spread of this disease. 

We will continue to keep an eye on the situation and make further adjustments to our action plan if and when necessary. The health and well-being of our customers, team, and community are of utmost importance to us.
